Most deliveries are made using either UPS, Fed Ex or DHL. For larger shipments we may employ various freight forwarders. You will be made aware of all shipping options and relevant costs before placing your order. For international shipments, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, Telecoms Traders will not be responsible for payment of these.

In the event of a product failure, can you repair or replace?

Absolutely, we offer an Advanced Replacement for any product failure. This means the equivalent replacement will arrive to the customer site prior to the supplier (Telecoms Traders) receiving the faulty material. This is subject to availability.
